Terms of Service
The short version: the builder is free, Design Packs are digital files, and bricks always come from LEGO.com.

1. What Brickoodle is
Brickoodle is a browser-based brick building simulator. The manual builder, smash mode, and starter sets are free. AI generation, including photo-to-mosaic generation, is prepaid. The 3D Design Pack costs $14.99 for 3 total 3D generations from a typed idea or photo. A Single Photo Mosaic costs $9.99 for 1 generation. The Photo Mosaic Pack costs $14.99 for 2 total 32×32 Tile 1×1 photo generations. Existing 3D pack customers can buy a 3D Top-up: 2 additional generations for $9.99. Each generation includes personalised instructions and a LEGO upload list for its saved build. Both formats use one AI pass, without automatic refinement. A new attempt uses another credit; if a generation fails, its spent credit is returned. Instructions and lists do not require another payment. Packs are one-time purchases, with no bonus generations or recurring subscription. Existing paid credits and fulfilled orders are preserved. If a pack is bought from an unpaid saved design, that design's files are also included.
2. Bricks are a separate purchase from LEGO.com
Brickoodle does not sell, buy, mark up, pack, or ship physical bricks. A Design Pack contains digital files only. To get real bricks, you download your shopping list, upload it at LEGO Pick a Brick, and pay LEGO directly. LEGO controls its own stock, prices, service fees, taxes, delivery, checkout, and returns. Brick estimates shown on Brickoodle are informational, are never part of the Brickoodle charge, and may change with LEGO.com availability.
3. Accounts
You need an account to save builds to Brickoodle and to buy a Design Pack. Keep your password private and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it unlawfully.
4. Payments and delivery
3D Design Pack, Photo Mosaic Pack, and 3D Top-up payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages; Brickoodle never sees or stores your card details. You always see the full price — and, for build packs, the separate LEGO.com brick estimate — before you pay. Files and generation credits unlock after the payment is confirmed, and remain available from your account page.
5. Refunds
Because a 3D Design Pack or Photo Mosaic Pack is a digital product generated for your specific build, payment is generally final once the files have unlocked; the same applies to generation credits once they are added to your account. If files are wrong, incomplete, or unusable, or credits you paid for do not arrive, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
6. AI features
Brick Bot builds are generated by third-party AI models from the description or photo you provide. Results are suggestions, can be imperfect, and can be edited before you buy physical bricks. Don't submit photos or text you don't have the right to use.
Real-world stability of 3D designs
AI-generated designs haven’t been physically tested for strength or balance. We can’t guarantee that every 3D build will stand on its own or support its weight. You may need to adjust the design, add supports, or purchase additional bricks.
Digital checks of parts, connections, or availability do not establish real-world strength, balance, or load-bearing capacity. Review your design before buying bricks. Bricks needed for additional supports or other structural changes are not included in the original shopping list unless they are part of that design. This structural-stability notice applies to 3D builds, not flat photo mosaics. It does not change the refund policy in Section 5 or your rights under applicable law.
7. Your builds
Your builds are yours. By saving a build you give Brickoodle permission to store and process it so the service works — rendering previews, generating instructions, preparing shopping lists.
8. No affiliation with LEGO
LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise, or endorse Brickoodle. Brickoodle is an independent design service.
9. The service is provided as-is
Brickoodle is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Brickoodle's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Brickoodle in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Questions or problems: Contact us or email support@brickoodle.com.
